DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH COURT TO CHANGE MY NAME?

No! Changing your name to your Hebrew Nationality is lawful at will under common law and is given to you through the Declaration and ID process with the increasing of the Most High.

CAN I TRAVEL OVERSEAS WITH MY SOVEREIGN HEBREW ISRAELITE LAWFUL DECLARATION AND ID's?

What many fail to understand is that the process of declaring our Sovereign Hebrew Israelite nationality status is not so we can take it and travel to other nations as if its an everyday thing. They have missed the point totally.
 
This is about declaring our sovereign nationality to get into our proper status collectively as a nation to prepare for our second exodus and to exodus home without using any passports and any law stopping us.

CAN I TRAVEL IN MY AUTO MOBILE WITH MY SOVEREIGN HEBREW ISRAELITE LAWFUL DECLARATION AND ID WITHOUT DRIVER LICENSE?

You bet you can lawfully travel with your sovereign Hebrew Israelite lawful declaration, sovereign lawful ID and lawful automobile tag  the Most High Ahayah BaHaSham Yashaya Ha Massiah and Ruwach Ha Holy Spirit had you to go though me to get and to have lawfully registered on your behalf.

You must know the difference between traveling and driving. You must also be able to explain this to the public servant when he are she stops you. Hand them a copy of your sovereign declaration that I will place online on your behalf to be enforced through the registration.

Hand them your sovereign Hebrew Israelite lawful ID that you received from me that I will place online on your behalf to be enforced through the registration. Tell them you are not driving but you are traveling. 

Never give them a drivers license which is a privilege for a so called African-American, Negro, Black, Colored etc citizen slave which you are not . When you give them a United States drivers license, you place yourself into their jurisdiction and give them the right to do anything they want to you. Even murder you with impunity.  Do as the Most High commands you so that you may live.

Taking their privileges and benefits comes with sacrifice, your life as you can tell with Sandy Bland and many others according to their law. You must stop lying about who you are.

"Citizens are members of a political community who, in their associated capacity, have established or submitted themselves to the dominion of a government for the promotion of their general welfare and the protection of their individual as well as collective rights. The citizen cannot complain, because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government... he owes allegiance to the two departments, so to speak, and within their respective spheres must pay the penalties." U.S. v Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875).

It is the argument the reason for you NOT reaching any court house, for charges to be dropped if it does go to court, or for a"win" in court against the argument that Hebrew Israelites can have their right to travel regulated by their servants. The forgotten lawful maxim is that Hebrew Israelites have a right to travel on the highways and byways which are provided by their servants for that purpose, using ordinary transportation of the day. Licensing cannot be required of Hebrew Israelites, because taking on the restrictions of a license requires the surrender of sovereignty and your life.

The driver's license can be required of so called African-American, Negro, Black, Colored etc slave citizens who use the highways for trade, commerce, or hire; that is, if they earn their living on the road, and if they use extraordinary machines on the roads. In other words, if sovereign Hebrew Israelites are not using the highways for profit, they cannot be required to have a driver's license.

If ever a judge understood the public's right to use the public roads, it was Justice Tolman of the Supreme Court of the State of Washington. Justice Tolman stated:

"Complete freedom of the highways is so old and well established an increasing that we have forgotten the days of the Robber Barons and toll roads, and yet, under an act like this, arbitrarily administered, the highways may be completely monopolized, if, through lack of interest, the people submit, then they may look to see the most sacred of their liberties taken from them one by one, by more or less rapid encroachment."Robertson vs. Department of Public Works, 180 Wash 133, 147.

The words of Justice Tolman ring most prophetically in the ears of Citizens throughout the country today as the use of the public roads has been monopolized by the very entity which has been empowered to stand guard over our freedoms, i.e., that of state government.

RIGHTS

The "most sacred of liberties" of which Justice Tolman spoke was personal liberty. The definition of personal liberty is:

"Personal liberty, or the Right to enjoyment of life and liberty, is one of the fundamental or natural Rights,which has been protected by its inclusion as a guarantee in the various constitutions, which is not derived from, or dependent on, the U.S.Constitution, which may not be submitted to a vote and may not depend on the outcome of an election. It is one of the most sacred and valuable Rights, as sacred as the Right to private property...and is regarded as inalienable."16 C.J.S., Constitutional Law, Sect.202, p.987.

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

"If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured--

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."

18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law

"Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."
